"WAITING KIDS"
Some people think you have to leave the country to adopt a child. Right now in Southeast Alberta, there are many "waiting kids" - special needs children who are in the permanent care of who are in the permanent care of Child and Family Services waiting to be adopted by loving and committed families.
Here are a few little boys who need a committed family to love and support them and care about their future:
Daniel
Daniel is a 11 year old boy (born in 1998) with blonde hair and blue eyes. He loves to learn, loves being outdoors and riding his bike. Daniel enjoys attending school which exhibits his willingness to learn. Daniel would thrive best in a home that demonstrates structure, routine and predictability. Daniel would love to find a family of his own for himself.
Jamie
Jamie is an 10 year old boy (born in 1999) with brown hair and brown eyes. He is gentle, shy and kind. Jamie has a good sense of humor and likes playing sports with others. Like many other boys, Jamie likes to collect and play with Spiderman and Hot Wheels. Jamie is part of a sibling group and his brother is also available for adoption.
Ricky
Ricky is a little 9 year old boy (born in 2000) with brown hair and brown eyes. He is loving, gentle and gets along well with others. Ricky smiles and laughs a lot and is very pleasant. He loves story-time, cars and monster trucks.
